Bir is a small village in Himachal Pradesh, well-known for adventure activities like paragliding. Billing is the takeoff site for paragliding and, Bir is the landing site; collectively, it is called "Bir Billing". This village is home to several Buddhist monasteries like the Palpung Monastery and Tsering Jong Monastery, with stunning architecture. There are several cafes in Bir where you can relax with a book. The excellent food and beautiful view of the countryside make these cafes an ideal place to unwind. The toy train running from Joginder Nagar to Pathankot is a 160km ride, offering picturesque views.
